Daniel E. Bohórquez
Daniel E. Bohórquez Eiriksson is the co-founder and director of Spánar Lögmenn. A practicing lawyer with registration no. 1937 at the Illustrious Bar Association of Orihuela, he holds a Law Degree from the University of Alicante and a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from Cardenal Herrera-CEU University.
Specialized in Public Law, most of his activity revolves around common administrative procedure and contentious-administrative process; especially in matters of urban planning, public sector contracts, and the patrimonial responsibility of the Administration.
He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Icelandic.

She has over 25 years of experience on the Costa Blanca, having served as a branch manager both at CAM (Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo) and later at Banco Sabadell, which allows her to have an in-depth understanding of the banking sector, especially regarding its relationship with the real estate sector.
She is fluent in Icelandic, Spanish, English, and Danish.
Eva M. Bohórquez
Eva M. Bohórquez Eiríksdóttir is part of the administrative staff of Spánar Lögmenn.
She has excellent document and administrative management skills, thanks to her previous experience at the Icelandic consulate in Orihuela Costa, as well as in the real estate sector.
She is fluent in Icelandic, English, and Spanish.
